| ePlanet's receipt of the 2005 China Exit of the Year Award |
| ePlanet Ventures won the Zero2IPO/China Venture Capital Association ( http://www.cvca.com.hk ) 2005 China Exit of the Year Award for its investment in Baidu ( http://www.baidu.com ), the world's leading Chinese language Internet search provider, China's largest website and the fourth largest website in the world according to Alexa.com (December 2005). Baidu, which offers its users to an index of over 740 million web pages, 80 million images and 10 million multimedia files, went public on NASDAQ in August 2005. Shares in Baidu rose $95.54 or 354% on their first day of trading on the NASDAQ exchange.
