 Tim Rea is an Associate Director in the London office. Prior to joining ePlanet, Mr. Rea focused on the convergence between mobile/fixed telecoms and media, working with clients such as NEC, Canon and Arqiva (formerly NTL Broadcast) and several early stage companies on corporate development and strategy formulation. Other roles that Mr. Rea has held in technology strategy, serving as Principal of Softbank Europe Ventures, as Founder of an enterprise software company which he managed through its exit via a private-to-private trade sale. Mr. Rea also worked at British Telecom where he developed novel materials for optical devices. Mr. Rea holds a B.Eng. in Materials Science from the University of Sheffield, an M.Sc. in Telecommunications from the University of London, as well as an M.B.A. from the London Business School. |
