Neil Adams is a Managing Director in the Silicon Valley office, where he is responsible for worldwide financial operations, tax, treasury, investment review and analysis, and corporate infrastructure improvement and administration. Mr. Adams also works on developing ePlanet's global strategy and building out its global business initiatives. Prior to joining ePlanet in 2000, Mr. Adams directed financial operations for the International Channels, Worldwide Television, and Warner Brothers Online Divisions of Time Warner in Los Angeles, a multi-billion dollar global operator of cable channels and provider of television programming throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Prior to joining Time Warner, Mr. Adams directed international finance and accounting activities for a major division of Sony, with operations in over 50+ countries worldwide. Mr. Adams was also the CFO and Director of Business Affairs for a global entertainment company based in Essen and Munich, Germany, with international interests in pay TV, casino gaming, theatres, and film production; was Executive Director of Worldwide TV and Home Video Finance for Paramount Pictures. Mr. Adams qualified as a C.P.A. at Ernst & Young, both in Texas and California. Mr. Adams holds B.B.A. and M.S. degrees from the University of Texas in Finance and Accounting, respectively, an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree from the London School of Economics, a Graduate Certificate in International Tax from Golden Gate University, and has substantially completed an M.S. in Tax from Golden Gate University.
